L'art Phonographique: Premiers Enregistrements 1860-1934

Vandaag de dag is het bekend hoe geluid kan worden gereproduceerd en bewaard, maar deze kennis is historisch gezien zeer recent. De eerste stappen daartoe (het einde van de 19e eeuw) vormden een modern avontuur. De selectie op deze cd laat ons de stemmen horen van onder andere Buffalo Bill en Gustave Eiffel, Sarah Bernhardt en Guillaume Apollinaire.
