Aufgenommen im Oktober 1960 versammelt dieses Album Judy Garlands einzige Auftritte in Paris. Sie war ein Kinderstar mit einem tragischen Schicksal, eine Sängerin, Tänzerin und Schauspielerin mit vielen unterschiedlichen und unglaublichen Talenten und ohne Zweifel der erste moderne Star der internationalen Pop-Szene. Dieses Live-Album enthält Aufnahmen, die mit einem Philharmonischen Orchester aufgenommen wurden, sowie als Bonus Aufnahmen eines Konzerts im Amsterdamer Tuschinski Theater aus dem Dezember 1960. Garland, der große amerikanische Star, wurde durch ihre Rolle in der Magier von Oz unsterblich und war damit als Sängerin auf dem Gipfel ihrer Karriere angelangt. Dieses Set enthält auch eine Version ihres Hits „Over the Rainbow“, der sie zu einem Weltstar machte.
