Live at the Olympia - Paris, 1962

Tussen 17 en 25 mei 1962 keerde Ray Charles terug naar Parijs voor een reeks gedenkwaardige concerten. En hij was op zijn hoogtepunt, spelend met zijn big band en begeleid door zijn Raelets onder leiding van Margie Hendrix. Deze 3cd-set set bevat nog niet eerder uitgebracht materiaal en bonustracks met opnames gemaakt in Ray's eigen studio, waar hij piano speelt naast zijn favoriete artiesten, Percy Mayfield en Louis Jordan. En deze set heeft een must: "Blue Stone" is een geweldig instrumentaal nummer met Ray op alt, dat hij nooit in een studio opgenomen heeft.
