Papillon De Mer

Belgian painter Vincent Fortemps offers us his vision of the underwater world with a painting on rhodoid. Alain Mahe and Jean-Franois Pauvros have been sharing their adventures in sound and travel for several years now. Their attraction to the underwater world brought them together for this recording. This journey takes place under the metaphorical guidance of the legendary trombonist Rico Rodriguez, singer and instigator of Jamaican ska, who died in 2015, and with whom JF Pauvros was lucky enough to play and record.
