Eyvind Kang (USA) is a violinist and composer. From early in his career he stood out because of his versatility in styles, instruments and backgrounds. "He's got this absolutely wide-open curiosity," guitarist Bill Frisell told Down Beat. Besides his extensive cooperations with Bill Frisell and John Zorn, Kang worked with musicians like Laurie Anderson, Joe McPhee, Sunn O))) and Jessika Kenney, proving his versatility as a musician.
