When the members of One Right Turn gathered to record their debut release, there was such a wealth of material their recording company decided on an unprecedented and bold move. Along with the impressive debut as a group, the label decided to release a solo recording from each member.

One of Hawaii's most prolific artists, Imua Garza takes his song writing to new heights with his solo debut. His warm vocal tones combined with inescapable arrangments is an essential addition to any music lovers collection.

Imua Garza first appeared on a nationally released recording at the age of 11 when his version of the Hawaiian standard "On Fire" was included on the Hidden Treasures - Ukulele Stylings double CD in 1996 featuring Hawaii's most promising ukulele players. About this time Imua started playing in his first group, Opihi Pickers, with his brother and cousin. The Opihi Pickers' first CD, Fresh off the Rocks, was released in 1998. From these recordings and early live performances his reputation as a ukulele virtuoso soon grew. The Opihi Pickers became one of Hawaii's most beloved bands with several #1 radio hits.

Since that time Imua has become an accomplished producer, recording studio engineer and musical arranger and has appeared on over a dozen CDs. He has also done work on movie soundtracks and commercials for radio and television. He recently produced the 2008 release of Hawaii's top new reggae band "Rebel Soljahz" which was a top five hit on the U.S. Reggae charts.

One Right Turn is a musical family affair from Hawaii, two young sisters, Tiffa and Connie hailing from the amazing Cruz family and Tiffa's husband Imua Garza - former lead singer / founding member of the Opihi Pickers.
