Unless

Violist Brittany Haas, bassist Paul Kowert en gitarist Jordan Tice werkten al samen als een trio. Nu hebben ze ook mandolinespeler Dominick Leslie (o.a. Noam Pikelny) aangetrokken en gaan ze verder als wat de Amerikaanse pers nu al een akoestische supergroep noemt. Echte bluegrass-albums zijn niet heel populair, zeker niet als ze ook nog eens volledig instrumentaal zijn. Dit kwartet overstijgt echter alle grenzen en weet ook folk- en rootsliefhebbers aan zich te binden.
