Neostalgia is a New York-based world jazz ensemble led by French vocalist songwriter Pascal Sabattier (Pascalito) and featuring two vibrant Brazilian accompanists: bassist Leco Reis and pianist Luiz Simas. Bilingually billed "Citizen Chanteur", the show blends their passion for pop, jazz, bossa nova, chanson, noir-ish night music, flamenco, swing, blues, tango and more. That one-night only performance was filmed and recorded live. Mixing old and new original material with refreshing re-interpretations of artists as various as Chet Baker, Claude Nougaro, Billie Holiday, Henri Salvador, Annie Lennox and Dalida, Pascalito delivered a heartfelt performance in English, French and Portuguese.
