Robert Scott Thayer, musician and author, just released his newest children's tune titled, Kobee Manatee (Kobee's Song), produced by 2012 Grammy winner, Jim Cravero. It accompanies Thayer's first children's book titled, KOBEE MANATEE: Heading Home to Florida, which is available on Amazon. It's about the clever protagonist, Kobee Manatee. Kobee meets two new friends, Tess the seahorse and Pablo the hermit crab on his long adventure back home from Cape Cod, Massachusetts to Florida. (Kobee's Song) is fun, upbeat, and has a solid reggae groove. Robert also writes and sings in the pop and jazz genres. Thayer's previous album, Sacrifice, won several International Songwriting Awards, including those from Billboard. Robert is writing a complete Kobee Manatee children's picture book series. Kobee's book number 2 titled, KOBEE MANATEE: A Wild Weather Adventure, takes Kobee and his friends on an exciting journey to the Bahamas where they surprise Kobee's sister Kim on her birthday.
