Pyanook: Zas

On the new album ZAS by pianist Ralf Schmid and his alter ego PYANOOK, two grand pianos and data gloves (MiMu Gloves by Imoge Heap) meet Nordic voices, analog synthesizers, violin, beatbox, and percussion to form a musical landscape between jazz and contemporary classical music. In the process, PYANOOK navigates the sound through the space by gesture control, manipulates and\narranges it with slight hand movements, and forms a unique musical experience.
