Strange People

De Portugese klezmerband Melech Mechaya verraste twee jaar geleden met een bijzonder debuut-album (FY 8192) waarop klezmer vermengd werd met fado, tango, triphop en andere klanken. Ze wisten zelfs Frank London te strikken voor een gastrol. Het nieuwe album gaat op het ingeslagen pad verder. De band is hoorbaar gegroeid en er staan meer eigen nummers op cd. Gebleven zijn de originele arrangementen en het creatieve spel. Gasten zijn ditmaal Amlia Muge en Jazzafari.
