The colors, the flavours and the perfumes of Italy are all included in this work. Fusion of harmonies and sounds borrowed from the tradition, are suitably elaborated by Antidotum Tarantulae and mixed with the experiences of the musicians, balancing between east and west, Renaissance and today, between the bacchic multiformity and modal melody. This disk is a journey through space and time. The mystic perfume of Mediterranean emerges self-willed and a sense of magic possesses all the songs. Listening to the group Antidotum Tarantulae, you may hear an enchanting tarantella or a simple erotic anthem or even a Greek-sp?ken song of Southern Italy. Listeners have a sense that they are surrounded by the music of the 21st century, by a group which creates sounds and rhythms of a world familiar to all of us.
