'Winds of Bowling Green' is Greg Rich's first CD. It contains eleven original songs that were inspired by various people and events in Greg's relatively mundane life in a small Ohio college town. However, when writing and singing about this blandness, Greg does at least try to use clever rhyming schemes, catchy tunes, and careful attention to detail. Arguably the best part of this project is the massive contribution by Chris Castle, who heads up the very cool Dirtsandwich Music Company in Norwalk, Ohio. Chris recorded, produced, mixed, and played a multitude of instruments on these songs. Thanks, Chris! Other thanks goes to Tony Schaffer (of The Womack Family Band) for his electric guitar on 855 and Sangria Wine; Matthew 'BB' Kean for his electric guitar on High Ceilings and Privatize; and Cory Webb (also of the Womacks) for his percussion on High Ceilings, Privatize and Fransabelle. The mastering engineer was Chris Aftoora.
