On this album, new thought artists Sharon and Shelly create healing music for massage, yoga, easy listening, reflection, body work, walking and spiritual jazz. The inspiration for this recording began from improvised performances at wellness events accompanying massage therapists and years of playing music for meditation and worship at spiritual centers. The order of tracks is designed to take the listener on a journey, beginning with ocean waves, piano droplets and warm synthesizer tones that center and prepare one for a positive soothing transformation. These are ambient songs, mixed to sound right in headphones and speakers and each track can also be enjoyed individually. Whether one is receiving bodywork from a therapist or actively doing a sequence of yoga positions, this music moves through us as tension is released. Listening can calm the noise of the city, provide background for conversation and blend with the natural sounds of the earth.
