Instrumentals strongly influenced by 80s rock and traditional county. The rock influence is highlighted in the strong lead guitar sounds reminiscing of Lynard Skynard. The combination of the modern vocal cadence, with traditional country style create and original rendition of the country rock genre. The Country as they Come four track demo consists of all original music by singer, songwriter, Cody Fertig. Damon Wood, Lead guitarist for James Brown Bands world tour assisted in composing, along with Brian Conway with Conway Sound Studio in Denver CO. The twelve track album is currently in production with and expected release date in March 2013.
