So music and song has always been integral to them. Many kids' first exposure to classical music and jazz standards is via Warner Bros. Cartoons. However, we usually only hear 5 seconds or less of the lyrics. Now you can hear these songs in context, as they were written, delivered by with a jazzy old-timey flair. Musicians on this album are or have been members of The Cheap Suit Serenaders, Janet Klein & Her Parlor Boys, Penelope Houston's Band, the Terminators of Endearment, Cats & Jammers and other San Francisco Bay Area bands of renown. Megan Lynch is a singer/songwriter who always makes an impression whether it's singing torch songs, yodeling old cowboy tunes, belting classic Broadway or crooning sweet nothings.
