It's not enough to be a preacher, teacher, musician, artist, or even a worship leader. God had called us to be lead worshipers. We are challenged to set ourselves on fire so that others will come to watch us burn. Our world is in desperate need of redirection and refocusing. Our flesh begs us to partake in the evil desires we had while we were ignorant of the Truth. Our post-modern world demands us to turn our backs on the Truth we know. We must force our flesh to focus on things above, so that things of this world will be seen for what they truly are, chaff that the wind blows away. We must so deeply desire to know Christ, the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of sharing in His sufferings, that we are willing to become like him in death, and so, somehow, to attain to the resurrection from the dead. Die to self and be reborn in Him.
