This music originates from the personal life experiences of Leaning Institute founder, James Sarvis, and his many observations as a small town lawyer in South Carolina. Singer/songwriter, Corey Zink from Lenox, MA, works together with James to arrange and perform original songs using musical storytelling to convey messages about life lessons and personal growth. James and Corey have become a strong songwriting team and are currently building a library of Leaning Music. We invite you to visit our recording studio at the Leaning Institute which is located in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. The Berkshires is the home of many creative and cultural attractions such as the Tanglewood Music Festival, Shakespeare & Company, Jacob's Pillow Dance, and the Williamstown Theatre, as well as museums such as Mass MoCA, The Clark Art Institute, and the Norman Rockwell Museum.
