Haltadans are a group of some of Shetland’s finest folk musicians: Ewen Thomson, Lois Nicol and Maurice Henderson on fiddles, Grant Nicol on guitar and John Clark on bass. They predominantly play traditional Shetland music whilst introducing new and exciting tunes to the Shetland repertoire from their own compositions. “Haltadans is a well-drilled musical machine which when in full flow produces a spectacular sound.
