Op de nieuwe cd van Laurel Premo staat originele en traditionele muziek op elektrische gitaar en lapsteel. Haar muziek kun je classificeren als "rootsgitaar", be´nvloed door de voorgangers van de gitaar in de Amerikaanse tradities: fiddle en banjo. Deze release bouwt voort op de donkere rootswereld die ze op haar eerste album opriep, met een meesterlijk gebruik van ruimte.
