6 Fit Kids' Workouts are a blast for boys and girls from ages 8 to 13! They're four five-minute and two ten-minute workouts that are easy to learn and fun to do. Teachers across North America have used this DVD (originally called "The Classroom Workout") to re-energize, invigorate and motivate their students.
