The Praxis Works 1x MTB trays feature the Wave-Tech tooth layout, developed in collaboration with MRP. The teeth are then alternately positioned further to the right or more to the left of the center of the plate, which causes the characteristic wave movement when looking at the tray from above while the crank rotates. The Wave-Tech design reduces friction in the system and ensures a reliable hold of the chain, even in adverse and muddy conditions, because dirt finds much less grip thanks to additional space.In addition, Wave-Tech reduces wear because the load exerted by the chain is distributed more evenly and over a larger area.RemarksIn the best case, the derailleur must have a shock absorber (e.g. Shimano Shadow+, Sram type 2/2.1).
