This album represents a collaboration between composers, musicians and friends living in the same community on Bainbridge Island, near Seattle, WA. The music is wistful, funky and spiritual with narratives reminiscent of childhood fantasies, adolescent wanderings, middle aged longings and wise old sayings. Something for everyone. The album represents my passion for both classical and contemporary styles with a number of genres represented: jazz ballads, gypsy jazz, art song, meditative melodies, folk song and more.
