Concept albums, film and video, he has worked with artists from around the world. He appears on many albums as musician, producer, and engineer. From Daevid Allen of Gong to Zakir Hussein with many World Music luminaries in between. David considers every collaboration a learning and growing experience. This latest opus indicates a departure from the mainstream and into a sonic world of diversity and musical adventure. From Native American flutes to African drums then onto a surreal world where they dissolve into the realms of space. Powerful and symphonic at times, yet minimalist and deep at others, the title definitely reflects the journey at hand. There is sure to be something for everyone on this Odyssey through tribal pulses and spectral ambience. Organic with an ear towards the future.
