Om Yoga & Meditation

This package offers everything you need to practice yoga and meditation at home. The DVD includes four yoga and five meditation sessions, each about fifteen minutes long. The music CD features Krishna Das, Christopher Guest, Sultan Khan, David Nichtern, tj Rehmi, Emilia, and Steve Gorn & Jamie Lawrence. The booklet, written by David and Cyndi, contains info on yoga, meditation practice, how to get started, how to keep going, and more. Cyndi is an internationally acclaimed yoga teacher and David Nichtern, a highly regarded teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist tradition, has taught thousands of students worldwide.
