SUEDE RAZORS was meant to be a side-projectwithout any lofty goals other than four friendshaving some fun making music that slightly deviatedfrom their other bands at the time (HARRINGTONSAINTS, HOUNDS & HARLOTS andSYDNEY DUCKS). With a blueprint in mind thatincluded a healthy dose of classic influencesrunning the gamut of glam, pub rock, r&b, punkand rocknroll (think THE WHO, FACES, AC/DC,Garry Glitter), the process went better than expected,and within months the band was in thestudio and the first single was hitting the stores(early 2014).Four more singles followed shortly thereafter, andSUEDE RAZORS found themselves touring Europein 2015, Philadelphia, Boston and the PacificNorthwest in 2016, and Canada in 2017-not tomention opening for COCKSPARRER at Rock TheShip in San Francisco in 2014, and again in SantaCruz in 2017. This "side project" organicallygained a lot of momentum, all culminating in the6-song 12" EP Razor Stomp released in 2017.Over and over again, across a merch table oracross the world via the internet, the band andPirates Press Records are constantly being askedfor a way to get all these tracks in one place, andwith this awesome LP package, were answeringyour call.
