The Book of Job

Job Dugan is a high school student who has trouble separating fiction from reality. In a confessional booth with his mentor Father Bentley, Job retells the drama of his senior year. He has two best friends, Sasha and Benjamin, and lives with his single mother Maria. One day after attending Sunday mass, Job falls madly in love with the new girl, Alice. He soon discovers that she’s already dating Robert, the captain of the football team. Job decides to mimic Robert’s life to try and win Alice over, even if it’s at the cost of his friendships.
