Fifth full-length studio album by the American post-hardcore band. A follow-up to 2017's 'Gossip', 'How it Feels to Be Lost' is described by singer Kellin Quinn as: 'an album all about depression and anxiety. It's something that I think needs to be talked about, and it's something that I struggle with and deal with all the time', he said. 'I wanted to make a record that was just purely honest about it, and I think that it's for those people that need that record'.
