Iqbal Khan directs this production of Shakespeare's tragedy, recorded in June 2015 at the reconstructed Globe Theatre in London. Hugh Quarshie stars as the eponymous Venetian army general with Joanna Vanderham as his wife Desdemona, Jacob Fortune-Lloyd as his friend and lieutenant Cassio and Lucian Msamati as his jealous ensign Iago, who betrays his trust.
