Rats on Rafts fourth album Deep Below brings forth a newfound cold minimalism within the Rotterdam bands headstrong analog recording ethos; employing echoes of dark wave atmospherics, meditating on loss, nostalgia, and the eerie beauty of stillness amid a future set in decay and ruin. This record is an analogue production, lacquers have been cut directly by SST in Germany from the master tapes. Limited edition on grey vinyl. Deluxe sleeve on greyboard with spot varnish finish designed by Viktor Hachmang & Eline Moormann.
