A rude, wicked, hilarious and outrageous tale of three woman (who happen to be played by men) and their collective and personal trials and tribulations within and without the Hollywood machine. Coco (Clinton Leupp) has dreams of reconnecting with the dreamy doctor that performed her first and second abortions. She's the constant recipient of verbal pummeling by her very evil, very drunk and very horny roommate Evie (Jack Plotnick), a delusional over-the-hill actress who will do just about anything to get back in the biz. And then there is the ravenous Varla (Jeffery Roberson aka Varla Jean Merman) who follows suit with unlikely aspirations and demons of her own. Girls will Be Girls was written and directed by Richard Day, one of the lead writers for the superb satire "The Larry Sanders Show."
