'Grace and Danger' is John Martyn's tenth studio album, released in October 1980. John Martyn wrote and recorded this album whilst in the process of divorcing his wife Beverley. Martyn's record label delayed the release of the album for a year after declaring it was too sad, but Martyn responded 'Please get it out! I don't give a damn how sad it makes you feel - It's what I'm about: direct communication of emotion'. The album includes tracks such as 'Some People Are Crazy', 'Sweet Little Mystery', 'Hurt In Your Heart' ending with the heartbreaking track 'Our Love'.
