Das Album Monolite des portugiesischen Concrète [Lab] Ensemble mit Werken für Instrumentalensemble und Elektronik von vier italienischen Komponisten und einer Komponistin wurde als ein Album konzipiert, das als Einheit zu hören ist. Alle arbeiteten an denselben Ausgangsideen und Materialien, die sie mittels ihrer individuellen Kompositionstechniken und Ästhetik umgestalteten und interpretierten.
