North Atlantic Oscillation have been described as prog-pop and electro-rock, but really they just make music. The music has soaring harmonies and loud guitars and dreamy synths and heavy drums and strange effects and unexpected changes-of-mind. "Call Signs" is band's debut release and provides the perfect introduction to the band prior to the release of their full-length debut album, "Grappling Hooks", in early 2010. The 4 track EP features a radio edit of the lead track 'Cell Count' along with 'Ceiling Poem' (both taken from 'Grappling Hooks') a cover of 'I Only Have Eyes For You' and '77 Hours' remixed by Kscope label mates Engineers.
