if you want to skank your ass off.this is for you. Against All Authority started skating first. Joe Koontz (guitar) and Danny Lore (Tim Coats) met through a mutual friend and original drummer Milan Aguero. Talking about starting a band somewhere between the Subhumans and Operation Ivy. After Hurricane Andrew destroyed everyone's' homes there was no electricity for months so they all would hang out and write acoustic songs at Danny's house in the Redlands. Adding ska elements, they helped connect the ska-punk scene with the values of punk and hardcore bands that came before them. Originally released in 1998, Against All Authority's seminal ska-punk classic album; 'All Fall Down' defined their style and place in the ska-punk world, with Punknews.org calling it 'One of the best records to skate to', and with songs like 'Sk8 Rock' and 'Justification' - it lives up to that hype.
