Holistic therapy is a generic term for any treatment or therapy that is intended to treat the individual as a whole and on all of these levels the Mind, Body Spirit and Soul. Music can be a therapeutic aid to this process helping to unblock energy flows and to keep a healthy balance within yourself. The true benefit to be achieved from sound healing is that as you become more aware of those sounds around you it will help youre your internal and external energies combine to achieve personal well being. Expert opinion suggests that relaxation techniques are more effective if they are practised in at least a 30 minute session or even longer if possible.
