Dark Sarah is a Finnish cinematic metal band led by classically trained singer/songwriter Heidi Parviainen. Afterparting ways with Amberian Dawn in late 2012, she started to build up a new project called Dark Sarah. Dark Sarah'smusic combines metal, film music and theatrical elements. The albums are concept albums telling a continuing storyof a young woman called Sarah and her evil half - Dark Sarah and a mystical journey through three worldsThe new album "The Golden Moth" is the last part of "The Chronicles" - trilogue that started with the first album"Behind The Black Veil" (2015) and continued with the second album "The Puzzle" (2016).JP Leppluoto (The Dragon) has joined Dark Sarahs official lineup for the new album. The story tells about DarkSarah leaving the Underworld with the Iron Eagles and entering the Upper World, a deserted waste land where thegods rule.In the roles of The gods you will hear The Iron Mask: Zuberoa Aznarez (Diabulus In Musica), White Beard: MarcoHietala (Nightwish) and Netta Skog (ex. Ensiferum) as Fortune Teller."The Golden Moth" is definitely one of the cinematic/symphonic metal highlights this year!
