I Weisstronauts sono un gruppo rock strumentale difficile da incasinare con sede a Boston. Caratterizzata da tre chitarristi elettrici solisti, la band intreccia melodie e armonie a volte bizzarre, ma accessibili (e occasionalmente divertenti) su una sezione ritmica che può passare dal surf alla spia al country alla psichedelia in un centesimo. Con quattro CD acclamati dalla critica al loro attivo, la musica dei Weisstronauts è stata suonata spesso su NPR, college e radio commerciali, così come in diversi film indipendenti.
