This unique album combines noted clinical hypnotherapist and instructor Ron Stubbs' narration with the music of acclaimed keyboardist and composer Laurie Z to create an incredibly powerful relaxation experience. The story that is unveiled is universal in our age. It describes the journey of a man who grows up beside a beach, relishing and treasuring the plants, animals and nature. As he grows older and life becomes more fast paced and stress filled, his love for the beach diminishes. He packs a bag full of all the essential items that he believes he needs for a journey. A Journey of the Heart, to capture what he has lost in life. As he finds his answers, you may just find your answers also . Ron Stubbs places the listener in a relaxed, hypnotic state, then through the use of storytelling and metaphor, provides a comfortable environment in which tension and anxiety can be released. Many listeners with physical aliments affected by stress find themselves relaxed and uplifted by this album. The score created by composer Laurie Z specially to accompany Ron's Narration provides a lush backdrop for the piece. To further the meditative state following "The Heart's Journey" story, Laurie Z's music provides the beautiful second track on this CD, bringing the total CD time to just under one hour.
