Composed of four Stockholm veterans of a variety of Swedish bands, Little Red Snapper cam together in the fall of 2006 through a shared obsession with a pop sound filtered with a tinge of Americana. Brothers Torban and John Freytag are closely asssociated with Zip Records through their long standing band Dorian Gray (1995-2006). Two successful albums and numerous singles were released by Zip Records in Sweden, the U.S. and Japan. Released in Sweden in the fall of 2008, MORNING LIGHT pulls out all the stops with production by none other than Jari Haapalainen (Camera Obscura, Ed Harcourt, The Concretes).
