These recordings signify a landmark for Ctulu as they represent a fuller, more realized vision of the band's sound. The lead up to the release has seen the band make it's first forays into Russia and the band looks to further their audience abroad. "Cultus in Tenebris" is a concept EP that tries to catch the spirit of Necronomicon rituals. It is a gathering of exotic weirdness, of seeing in the dark, of praising the old, capricious, mad and wild gods. This is Ctulu's first genuine U.S. release.
