This project came to me through my yoga practice. I've been in a band for years, but had never really thought about doing a solo record. I started singing in a lot of my yoga classes and people always asked where they could buy my music after class. I was immediately inspired to give back to the community that gives so much to me. This record isn't just for yogis. It's for anyone who wants to open up their heart to allow more space for good to flow through them and their lives. Music is my passion, my life, my career, my everything. I feel so blessed to be able to spend this life doing what I absolutely love.
