"Finally Red" contains 14 original songs that maintain the heart and intimacy that is always present in Maren's music but offer it up with a World influenced groove. This new work reflects the personal and musical maturity that Maren has experienced since her last release in 2006. This music on this CD is danceable, contemplative, energetic, poignant, personal and universal. She has a way of relating to listeners through her music that makes us feel like we are all in this life together.
