You Gotta Understand/Thinking of Leaving

A thrilling new collaboration on wax, as Carmy soars over the driving A-side 'You Gotta Understand', backed by an infectious guitar riff, horns and a driving rhythm section. For the flip, she takes us into deep soul territory, with Southern-styled ballad 'Thinking Of Leaving'. They've done it right: an essential for retro-classic soul fans.
