Greg Antista and the Lonely Streets are back with a vengeance on their 3rd album "Bastards and Broken Hearts". This record is a punk rock, roots rock, power pop extravaganza that will have you punching your pedal to the metal and your fist in the air.This time around, the Lonely Streets entered the studio with producers Jonny Two Bags (Social Distortion) and Paul Miner (Buzzbomb Studios) at the helm. What resulted is a 10 song, 30-minute sonic punch to the gut that adds a fresh urgency to the Lonely Streets sound. New Noise Magazine describes the group as "A stellar four-piece who owe just as much to Johnny Cash as they do The Adolescents", while The Big Takeover compared the group's approach to "a crunchier, power-pop-leaning Social Distortion." Greg Antista and the Lonely Streets roots run deep in the Southern California punk rock scene. Antista spent his early career teaming up with punk legend Steve Soto as bandmates and song writers in Steve's post Adolescents project Joyride.
