Bobby Pierce was born in Columbus, Ohio on November 7, 1942. He spent many years playing in both Chicago and New York with masters of the jazz idiom as well as traveling the world with a variety of music groups. Besides being an extraordinary pianist and organist, Bobby is an evocative song stylist who composes, arranges and directs music in a myriad of settings. He currently lives in the Los Angeles area where he is active with Gospel, Jazz and Classical musical ensembles.
