Reiki master and artist Trish Whelan has combined nature and indigenous sounds from India with her love of the Baleric paradise of Ibiza to create an uplifting and balancing musical journey. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction that also promotes healing. Administered by "laying on hands" and based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us. If one's life force energy is low, they were more likely to get sick and feel stress. Envisioned as a beach adventure, this CD progression compliments the flow of a standard body treatment as each of the seven chakras are worked on to bring the body back into balance.
