Kíla, are known for their exhilarating live performances. The new album 'Raise the Road', featuring the Paul Frost Brass Band, captures all the energy of a live Kíla performance. Paul Frost's arrangements have fused funk, mambo and New Orleans jazz with Kíla's contemporary compositions. This addition to Kíla's already outstanding repertoire will have listeners electrified by thefusion of the brass band's funky blasts and Kíla's intoxicating rhythmic sound.

With a career spanning over five decades, 20 releases, and collaborations with esteemed musicians such as U2, Ronnie Wood (The Rolling Stones), Sinéad O' Connor, The Dubliners, Shane McGowan, Glen Hansard and Donal Lunny. The new album 'Raise the Road' reflects the imagination, reinvention and the creative genius that Kíla are known for. Recent performances of this material have had audiences enthralled, enchanted and dancing with abandon.
