A double header of two EP releases from the Montreal-based indie rock quintet, which reflect very different phases in the band's career. 2009's 'Fun and Laughter' very much belongs to their earlier experiments, emphasising texture, whereas 2021's 'Calming Night Partner' is sparser, more introspective and more conventionally song-based.
