Benny Zabari is a musician from Jerusalem who wrote and composed all of the pieces and songs in this Album. It all started from the idea of recording progressive rock music which was composed by Zabari in the 70\'s. This birth of the album began in 2002 after the 15 minutes long piece called \'Endospore\', composed in 1974, had been recorded. This instrumental piece was composed originally to the hallucinatory lyrics \'Zazie\', written by Yechezkel Ezra following reading the book \'Zazie dans le metro\' by Raymond Queneau. Additional songs and lyrics that were written and composed by Zabari in the seventies and found their way to this project, are \'And the rickety crown\', \'Banana moon\' and \'Memories\' rips\'. This 50 minutes long album combined musical material and songs which were composed by Zabari in the 70\'s with new songs and instrumental pieces composed by him between 2003-2006. These new songs and instrumental pieces are: \'Me She\'chalam Chalam\', \'Ukrain\' (The Valley\'s Rock), \'The Prizim Are Coming\', \'Here Is the Police Sapper\' and \'No Pretension\'. \'Ukrain\' (The Valley\'s Rock) is an instrumental piece that implies the musical linkage between the old songs of the land of Israel and the background culture of the pioneers who came from Russia in the beginning of the 20 century to settle the valleys of northern Israel . That explains why in this piece an oriental bouzouki pretends to be a balalaika. \'Here Is the Police Sapper\' has been written during the era when Suicide boomers exploded in the streets of Jerusalem sometimes twice a week. This mostly instrumental piece is not dealing with a specific traumatic event. This piece illustrates the last decades' routine of life in Israel when every object that was out of place, was suspected to be a bomb and thus had to involve an immediate police treatment. During this piece a police announcer calls twice: \'To all the residents of the street. Here Is the Police Sapper. Whoever forgot or left a television and a washing machine - is asked to come out and take it home\'. The song \'No pretension\' refers to the immanent lack of ability of a man to really understand a woman. Behind this Album\'s musical production, stand two gifted musicians : Nitzan Peri - who leads the ethnic ensemble \'Joseph and one\' and Ophir Leybovich who composes music for films & documentary and is a member of the Israeli rock group, \'Tractor\'s revenge\'. A variety of guitar colors and sounds are prominent throughout the Album. In some of the songs a bouzouki is also played, along with baglama, mandolin and harmonica.
